Angelfish Braai

A must-braai for any sunny beach day 🐟🤯🤩

Try this simple marinaded Silver Angel on the braai, thank us later!

1. Dice 2 garlic cloves and 2 Jalapeno chillies(without the seeds).

2. Melt about 180g-250g butter. You can melt the butter on the fire using a small saucepan.

3. Add the diced garlic and chilli to the melted butter along with 1 cup chopped coriander and the juice of 1 lemon and 1 lime. Add a pinch of salt and mix. (If you can’t find any limes, adding some extra lemon will do!)

4. Season the defrosted Silver Angel with salt and pepper. Baste with the butter marinade, both sides.

5. Place the marinaded Silver Angel on the braai on medium coals. Braai for 15-20 minutes, turning the fish every few minutes. Before you take it of the braai, squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the flesh-side of the fish. Serve with lemon wedges.
