Fish & chips, but make it Valentine’s
This recipe is so simple, yet so impressive. Try it out and tell us if it has won your heart.
1. All you need to do is marinade your Seacore Swordfish Steaks with the following:
– 1/3 cup olive oil
– juice of 1 lemon
– 1 tsp paprika
– 1 tsp coriander
Place these ingredients in a blender or food processor to make a paste. Marinade your swordfish and leave to rest for about 15 minutes.
2. Braai/grill the swordfish at a high heat for 6 minutes on one side and then 4 minutes on the other (we cut thick steaks). Be careful to not let it cook for too long since overcooked swordfish can be dry.
Serve with your choice of side dish. We recommend crispy homemade potato wedges.
